The Prosciutto Sant’Ilario is a cured ham produced in the province of Parma, Emilia Romagna. It is recognised as an extremely high-quality Prosciutto made from the best and heaviest Italian pig’s hind legs, selected and cured for 24 months. Taking into account its sweet and delicate flavour, we recommend tasting it on its own or, perhaps, together with dairy products and full-bodied wines.

Il pacco è arrivato nuotando nell'acqua. Non sono stati forniti adeguati pacchi di raffreddamento o ghiaccio secco a +35°C. Il prosciutto non era più buono. Il parmigiano sembra orribile dopo aver disimballato. 2 pezzi molto irregolari, entrambi sono stati bolliti in quella scatola e nuotati nell'acqua. Parcel arrived swimming in water. No proper cooling packs or dry-ice in +35°C was provided. Ham was no longer good. The Parmesan looks horrible after unpacking. 2 very uneven pieces, both were boiled in that box and swimming in water.
